Years ago when my personal life became chaotic, my work-life ratio out of sync and I lived a life of disregard for my health, I hit rock bottom. I took a long look at myself and decided to make changes. I sold my canine beautician training school, closed my dog grooming salon, resigned from my small animal lecturing role and went to work part-time as a retail training officer so that I had time to look for answers that would facilitate the changes I needed to make.

Over a period of 30 years I travelled around the United Kingdom, Europe, Central America visiting ancient sites to expand my global knowledge. I attended many mind-body-soul seminars, experienced different religions, spoke with enlightened people, and digested volumes of esoteric works. During this 30 year education I came to realise that there is far more going on in our world that could not be seen, but nevertheless was there, so I studied and became a professional life coach, energetic healer and started to work with crystals. This is how Lifeflows came into being.
